Vibrational essences carry the vibrational frequency of particular flower, crystals or shells.  They work in a similar way to homeopathic remedies where like treats like.

The essences are made by having either the flower, crystal or shell immersed in purified water and left in the sunlight for a specific period of time so that the energy of the sun assists the crystal, flower or shell to diffuse it’s energy into the water.  Water is a good carrier of information once becoming infused with the new frequency.

Our feelings and emotions are our driving force for making decisions for the most part and also define the way we behave. Every feeling and emotion has it’s own specific vibrational frequency.  There is a flower, crystal or shell essence to help support and cope with emotional upsets such as depression, feeling hurt, discouraged or feeling mental and emotional exhaustion to name a few.

At the Vibrational Healing Centre, I prepare a customised remedy for my clients  which may comprise of many different types of flower, shell or crystal essences to take at home so my clients will continue to feel supported and continue on with their healing between sessions.
